At Tri-City Foot and Ankle Center, our mission is to provide timely, personalized, and cost-effective healthcare to patients who require our podiatric services in the Richland, Pasco, Kennewick, and the greater Tri-Cities area. When it comes to service, our Board Certified podiatrists are committed to providing you with the best podiatric care possible. We offer office-based surgery, in-house x-ray production, and a variety of foot and ankle products to help treat and cure a wide variety of conditions. Dr. Thielges and Dr. Grimm know that a patient-friendly environment is crucial to better outcomes and patient satisfaction. They firmly believe the patient comes first. During your first visit with our foot doctors, we obtain important information about you, such as your medical history, and devote ample time to developing a doctor-patient relationship. We ask that all of our patients come prepared for this visit. Thorough preparedness will ensure that you can provide your doctor with all of the necessary information to get you the best possible and relieve any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling. What to bring on your first visit

 

  • Print and fill out the forms found in our New Patient Packet

  • Insurance card(s)

  • Driver's license or identification card

  • Form of Payment (we accept major credit cards, debit cards, or cash/check for payment in full, deductibles, co-pay, or co-insurance)

  • Current list of medications

  • Referral letter from your general physician (Only if required by your insurance)

  • Any previous applicable medical records and x-rays

  • Bring a sample of shoes you commonly wear (including walking and athletic shoes)
